Guideline for ordering products & services:

· For Novacite orders, please refer to our distribution map and contact the appropriate distributor.  Some areas of the U.S., we act as both the producer and distributor.

· All service orders (silane, blend, etc.) should be directed to MM.

· We require 14 calendar day lead times for all orders.  Anything less than this requires an expedite fee.

· We accept checks, wire transfers and credit card payments (via PayPal).

· All orders are FOB or “Ex Works” from our dock in Hot Springs, AR

· All service-related products will ship dependent upon when we receive all the ingredients.  These orders typically take more than 14 day processing.

· For all new customers, we require a pre-payment until we establish credit terms.

· Ensure your purchase order contains any special codes for labeling bags.

· All orders must be directed to our global email: Novacite@malvernminerals.com or faxed to 501-623-5113.

· We will confirm your purchase order by sending you a sales order confirmation.  Review sales order for accuracy.

· Orders must ship within 7 days of ship date to avoid a restocking fee.

How to Order
